When creating an account or checking out as a guest:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and restricting unauthorized access to your device.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Product Information, Pricing & Stock Availability

• Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display product specifications, colors, and dimensions as accurately as possible. Actual product packaging and materials may occasionally differ slightly due to manufacturer revisions.
• Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a technical or typographical error resulting in an incorrect price, HNB Park reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for items listed at the erroneous price, even if confirmed.
• Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly to offer a replacement, backorder, or full refund.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once verified via SMS, phone call, or automated email confirmation.

• Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and Debit/Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard).
• Advance Verification: For select high-value products or specific nationwide courier destinations, a partial advance delivery charge or deposit may be required before dispatch.
• Payment Authorization: By using a debit/credit card or mobile wallet, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner or authorized user of that payment method.

5. Order Cancellation & Refusal

• By Customer: You may cancel your order at any time before the parcel is dispatched by contacting our hotline or WhatsApp support.
• By HNB Park: We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, unreachable customer phone number, or pricing/stock discrepancies.
• Frequent Refusals: Customers who repeatedly reject Cash on Delivery parcels without valid justification may be restricted from selecting COD on future orders.

6. Delivery & Inspection

• Delivery timeframes (e.g., 24–48 hours in Chittagong, 2–3 days in Dhaka, 3–5 days nationwide) are estimates and may be affected by national holidays, severe weather, or courier delays.
• Customers are advised to inspect the external parcel condition upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged or opened, contact our hotline immediately before accepting delivery.

7. Warranty, Returns & Replacements

All return, exchange, and warranty claims are governed by our official Shipping & Returns Policy:

• We offer a 7-Day Replacement / Check Warranty for manufacturer defects on eligible products.
• Original box packaging, accessories, manuals, and purchase invoice must be preserved to process any warranty claim.
• Physical damage, water damage, burn marks, unauthorized repairs, or misuse automatically void all warranty coverage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product descriptions, photography, graphics, and website design—is the property of HNB Park or its brand partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **People's Republic of Bangladesh**. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chittagong/Dhaka, Bangladesh.
